Biography

Tony focuses his practice on real estate, business transactions and business organizational matters, as well as land use and property law, including:

  • Representation of businesses and real estate owners in matters such as sales, acquisitions and leasing of real estate assets, zoning and land use planning, title issues and conveyances;
  • Representation of business principals in matters related to entity formation, ownership structure and management, including corporate governance and internal policy matters; and
  • Representing clients in personal estate planning and administration matters.

Tony also has experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, including litigating discovery issues and engaging in motion practice. 

Tony is a passionate Philadelphia Eagles football fan, a blackbelt in karate, and has an award-winning pizza sauce recipe.
