Robert P. Style
Background
Robert Style is special counsel to the firm, with his practice focused on the area of Employment law. Since 1976, Mr. Style has been in private practice, handling cases involving employment and labor relations matters, including counseling, contract preparation and/or litigation relating to employment discrimination, employer/employee disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants and trade secrets, as well as issues arising out of Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act and Employee Polygraph Protection Act.
Mr. Style has represented employers in collective bargaining, negotiations and arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Style has served as General Counsel to the National Association of Personnel Services, the oldest trade association of staffing firm, the Pennsylvania Association of Personnel Services, and the MidAtlantic Association of Personnel Consultants.
